Which X-men Boss You Work For?
You might be passionate, hardworking and extremely good at work, but it’s a fact that a boss can make or break your career. You need to understand your boss, to work in sync with him. Here are a few types of bosses classified based on our favorite Marvel comic characters:
The Charles Xavier Type:
You’re lucky if you have Professor X as your boss. They are caring and nurturing, and bring out the best in you. They help identify your true potential and pave way for your success. They appreciate honesty. When you make an excuse with them, try to be truthful, and don’t forget they can read your minds.
The Jean Grey Type:
They are optimistic and supportive. They give you shoulder during difficult times and are great mentors who can shape you to be a better person. Just don’t rub them on the wrong side, and if you did be prepared to face the wrath of the dark phoenix.
The Storm Type:
They are no-nonsense and practical type. You perform well, they will take care of your growth.
The Wolverine Type:
They are tough and relentless. They are instinctive, yet intelligent and do not trust easily. But, if you’re deemed worthy, they become protective and stand up against the world to help you achieve greatness.
The Magneto Type:
They are visionaries and have defined goals for the future. They help you see the big picture and align your efforts to achieve the shared goals. At times, they become obsessed with their vision and tend to get manipulative. They are a tad authoritative too.
The Hank McCoy Type:
They are intelligent and diplomatic. Having made difficult choices in the past, they understand your unique traits and help nurture the unique ’you’. They believe in second chances and support you in learning from your mistakes.
The Mystique Type:
They are aggressive in nature and are shapeshifters who can become anyone they want to achieve end result. If you’re on their confidante list, you’re so saved. If not, then beware, they are dangerous.
